Safari Overview
The 9-Day Wildlife & Activity Holiday is our most comprehensive recommendation for travelers seeking a lifetime wildlife experience. This meticulously designed loop touches every major ecological zone in Uganda, from the dry savannahs of the North to the lush, ancient rainforests of the South.
You will track the Big Five (including white rhinos on foot), cruise the Nile to the base of the world’s most powerful waterfall, and engage in deeply moving encounters with both Chimpanzees and Mountain Gorillas. Between the wildlife highlights, you will traverse the Switzerland of Africa, cross the Equator, and witness the traditional craftsmanship of the Royal Drum Makers.
